We had Elite Jewelers make a custom engagement ring and 2 custom wedding enhancers for us; they turned out to be more than what we thought of! We worked with Sam, the store manager, and Jamila to design the ring and enhancer and it turned out more than what we ... envisioned. We asked to see the wax model before the final diamond and platinum ring was made which solidified our confidence it would be what we want. Sam's extensive knowledge with what we were aiming for helped fill in many of the gaps in design we couldn't think through. Also, this is not our 1st time buying. Wonderful experience. My husband bought several rings from them. One in particular, my wedding set. The set is unique and a wedding band had to be made. So Elite made the band, it is gorgeous and fits like glove. They went out of their way to make it perfect.

Going the custom route, Sara helped us find the specific rare gemstone we wanted and design ... our desired ring around it. We asked to see the wax model before the final metal ring was made which solidified our confidence the design could be practically achieved. My initial experience was a couple years ago when I bought a moissanite diamond from a website and picked out an engagement ring dressed with diamonds in store to have it set. I then wanted a matching wedding ring, and the store had it ... made from a picture I found on Pinterest. Both came out beautifully, and I've received many compliments on the set. I then decided I wanted to upgrade the moissanite stone to a 2 carat this year. I was going to buy from the same website, but this store offered a better price. I then just paid for the setting, and it was done in about 8 days! The workmanship is absolutely stunning, and I would definitely recommend them not only for buying fine jewelry, but also for designing/making jewelry. An additional note is they provide complimentary jewelry cleanings, which I've had done on occasion. It leaves a stunning shine! Read More
